How to choose the size of the bungee?
The size is chosen by the waist measurement.
It may be that the waist measurement requires size M and the weight is C, then we recommend size M because the S belt will be too small.
If the child's waist is at the upper limit of the size, then we recommend the next size. For example, if the waist is 60 cm, then you should take size M, even though the waist falls into the size S range.

Delivery
We have two types of delivery: Standard and UPS fast

For purchases over $100, standard shipping is free or subject to a nominal charge for most countries. To find out if your country is eligible for free shipping, add an item over $100 to your cart and proceed to the shopping cart.  Here is a list of countries that have free shipping options: USA, EU countries, Canada, UK, Israel, Brazil, Georgia, and many others.

Orders are not sent to P.O. boxes. We need your full address, phone number and email.
The email and phone number are required so that the customs service or transportation company can contact you if necessary

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number for your package
We urge you to keep an eye on your shipment. Sometimes it happens that additional intervention is required to receive a parcel. For example, the customs service needs proof of payment or your tax number, the courier cannot find the address, or you are not at home at the time of delivery. The parcel is then sent to a pickup point or left at customs. If no one shows up within 3 days, the parcel is returned to the sender

USA
Most of our products are in stock in the United States. Therefore, for customers from the USA, the goods are sent from the US warehouse and delivered within 3-5 days. This is standard delivery. If the selected product is not available in the US warehouse, then the delivery takes place from Ukraine. In this case, the standard delivery time is 20-30 days. UPS fast delivery is 10-15 business days and is calculated depending on the weight of the goods

Other countries
For customers from other countries, the goods are shipped from Ukraine. Standard delivery is 20-30 days. UPS express delivery 10-15 business days and is calculated based on weight and country of destination

Import duties and taxes
Many countries impose duties and taxes on purchases received from abroad. As a rule, it is 20% of the purchase. If it is important for you to know about additional costs, please contact the customs office in your country or write to us and I will give you more detailed information. Delay, wrong address
We are not responsible for the delay of parcels due to the work of the customs service, transportation company or force majeure, as it is not in our area of responsibility. However, we will do our best to solve the problem and ensure that you receive your parcel as soon as possible
If the courier was unable to deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address or because you were not at home, the parcel is stored at the pickup point for about 3 days. Then the parcel is returned to the sender. You will not be refunded for the shipping costs

Returning an order
You can return the parcel within 14 days from the date of receipt. During this time, you must contact us with a request to return the goods and provide a tracking track
The shipping cost is paid by the buyer
If you have received a parcel from a warehouse in the United States, the goods are also returned to a warehouse in the United States
If from Ukraine, then, accordingly, you send it to Ukraine

Refunds
As soon as the warehouse in the USA or Ukraine receives your parcel. You will be refunded immediately. Please note that we will not be able to refund the shipping costs

Packaging of the goods for return
Make sure the items are in good condition for resale. Pack the item in a bag or an additional box to protect the original packaging from damage

Cancellations and exchanges
The processing time for your order is 1-3 days. Until your order is shipped, you can cancel it with a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you can return it to us after receiving it

If necessary, you can exchange your purchase with a refund or additional payment. It depends on whether you choose a more expensive or cheaper product for exchange. The exchange can be made within 30 days. Apply for an exchange and returning here
