USA
Most of our products are in stock in the United States. Therefore, for customers from the USA, the goods are sent from the US warehouse and delivered within 3-5 days. This is standard delivery. If the selected product is not available in the US warehouse, then the delivery takes place from Ukraine. In this case, the standard delivery time is 20-30 days. UPS fast delivery is 10-15 business days and is calculated depending on the weight of the goods

Other countries
For customers from other countries, the goods are shipped from Ukraine. Standard delivery is 20-30 days. UPS express delivery 10-15 business days and is calculated based on weight and country of destination

Import duties and taxes
Many countries impose duties and taxes on purchases received from abroad. As a rule, it is 20% of the purchase. If it is important for you to know about additional costs, please contact the customs office in your country or write to us and I will give you more detailed information

Delay, wrong address
We are not responsible for the delay of parcels due to the work of the customs service, transportation company or force majeure, as it is not in our area of responsibility. However, we will do our best to solve the problem and ensure that you receive your parcel as soon as possible
If the courier was unable to deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address or because you were not at home, the parcel is stored at the pickup point for about 3 days. Then the parcel is returned to the sender. You will not be refunded for the shipping costs
